Winemaker Sebastian Vincenti has made a terrific 2015 Cotes du Ventoux Rose and this light pink/salmon colored beauty has lots of white cherry, garrigue and sappy flower notes in its medium-bodied, fresh, crisp, focused style. It will be a perfect meal starter over the coming summer months.
