The Eterium Chardonnay and Irmgard Pinot Noir are sourced from vineyards on the Sonoma Coast, while the two Cabernet Sauvignon wines, Amoenus and Materium, come from vineyards in Calistoga and Oakville respectively. The Materium serves as Maybach's flagship wine and comes from a vineyard 1000ft (305m) above the valley floor.
