Ciacchi Piccolomini's 'standard' Annata wine is sourced from the estate's Brunello vineyards and is aged in barrel for 24 months. The portfolio also includes a Rosso di Montalcino, the IGT Toscana Fabius Syrah, and Ateo, a Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot, all of which are made from Montalcino fruit. As well as its two Montalcino cellars – the 17th century Palazzo where the most valuable wines are aged, and Molinello, the estate headquarters and principal winery – Ciacci Piccolomini also owns the S. Stefano cellar and vineyard in Grosseto on the Tuscan coast, which produces a Montecucco Sangiovese.
