A debut wine from the esteemed winemaker Paul Hobbs, whose family owns the vineyard. Aromas of dark fruit, wet earth, mushroom and stone follow through to full body, chewy tannins and an intense finish. This is a fantastic entry to the world of malbec. Organically farmed. This needs four or five years to soften. Watch this.
