This plush red delivers a mouthful of blackberry and cassis flavors, backed by licorice, smoke and mineral notes. Orange peel acidity keeps this lively, while well-integrated tannins lend structure. This is opulent but remains focused, in the modern style. Syrah. Drink now through 2021. 100 cases made. — TM
